The Jackson Housing Authority (JHA) Family Self-Sufficiency waiting list for apartments at Washington Douglas, Lincoln Circle and Neff Circle is currently open. 

The JHA is accepting applications for this waiting list as of February, 2022, until further notice.

• Washington Douglas, is located at 348 Commerce Street, Jackson, TN 38301. Has one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments.
• Lincoln Circle, is located at 210 Roosevelt Parkway, Jackson, TN 38301. Has studio-, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.
• Neff Circle, is located at 48 Neff Circle, Jackson, TN 38301. Has studio-, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Displaced by Government Action or Presidentially Declared Disaster
• Victim of Domestic Violence
• Working, Elderly, or Disabled
• Other or Local Preference

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
